Internship
“Engaging with various departments has allowed me to apply my academic knowledge in Agricultural Business to real-world scenarios, enriching my professional growth. The best part about the internship is the team in which I was placed. My manager and colleagues are all extremely supportive and have been helping me grow in my career. My manager has been an amazing mentor, providing guidance, feedback, and encouragement throughout my time with Grimmway. As a woman in agriculture, I hope to serve as a role model for women and girls, demonstrating that women can succeed and thrive in this industry!“
